Meet Julie Delamare MAAT — our Finance Manager and, quite honestly, the person who keeps the wheels turning at Burton Reid.

Julie brings structure, insight, and a steady hand to everything she touches — whether that’s tracking budgets, supporting project planning, or giving a gentle nudge when things start drifting off course (including me, as Director!).

She’s also fiercely committed to the success of the business — not in a box-ticking way, but in the way that only someone who really cares does. Julie’s been part of our journey through thick and thin, and her contribution runs far deeper than the numbers.

Add in her brilliantly dry humour, and you’ve got the perfect mix of pragmatism and personality — just don’t ask her to come on a bat survey. That’s a firm no. 🦇
