Construction Stage

​From the tender stage through to construction and post completion inspections, our landscape team can assist you. We can provide either support services to larger construction schemes or take the lead role for smaller landscape projects. Our experienced lead landscape architect has been involved with the building of a wide range of development and can bring their skills and advice to your project.

Tender Stage

We can prepare landscape and ecology construction drawings, specifications and assist the QS in the preparation of bills of quantities. Our team is trained in CDM and risk assessments.  Inputs to contractor tender assessments. For smaller landscape schemes we can act as the project manager and lead on the contract documentation preparation and tendering.

Construction Stage

We understand how important it is to work as part of the wider contractor and project design team during the construction period and we always seek to ensure designs are properly delivered to the highest standards. Whether we are leading or supporting the design team, we can provide a range of services from contract administrator to landscape clerk of works and undertake site inspection and reporting. We can undertake nursery visits to inspect plants.

Post Completion Stage

At completion, we can undertake site inspection and snagging, and carry out post completion monitoring, which is needed particularly for soft works during the establishment period.
