Meet the Team: Tamsyn Bridger

For our second team member in this series, we’re shining the spotlight on Tamsyn Bridger our Ecology Team Coordinator and Senior Ecologist.

Tamsyn joined us back in 2016, after a memorable Skype interview (yes — Skype, remember that?!) while I was just about to go on maternity leave. She took the leap, moved to Devon, and held the fort during that time — and the rest is history.

Since then, Tamsyn has been with us through thick and thin, balancing a growing family with her continued dedication to the team.

A multi-disciplined ecologist with an MSc in Biological Diversity and over 13 years of consultancy experience, Tamsyn is truly the engine behind keeping our projects on track. She coordinates project delivery within the team to make sure we hit deadlines, stay on budget, and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

She’s also responsible for the majority of our tendering work, and plays a key role in securing and planning new projects.

Tamsyn has a brilliant way of holding the bigger picture in mind — balancing project needs, client expectations, and team capacity, while still keeping an eye on practical solutions. Whether working on large-scale housing, industrial, or renewable energy projects, she’s a steady, thoughtful presence in an often fast-paced world.
