Burton Reid was commissioned by Miller Construction (UK) Limited to act as project ecologist on the Bath Spa University Phase 2 Student Development site.

Burton Reid acted as the Suitably Qualified Ecologist (SQE) and produced the BREEAM Ecology Report for the Phase 2 development works. As part of this process we had input into the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and produced site specific Tool Box Talks (TBTs). As part of the credits we also trained the Biodiversity Champ.

Burton Reid provided expert advise during Phase 2 of this multi-phase construction project. We undertook pre-construction breeding bird and bat surveys and provided experienced ecologists to supervise works.
