Huge congratulations to Immy Mathews, who has just been granted her Class 2 bat licence 🦇✨

Immy joined us as an early-career ecologist and has since shown herself to be exceptionally bright, hard-working and a real high achiever. Her commitment to learning, attention to detail and calm professionalism in the field have been a joy to witness, and this milestone is thoroughly well deserved.

I feel genuinely privileged to have seen her develop so quickly and with such confidence, and I’m incredibly proud of what she’s achieved already. I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months bring for her – this is very much just the beginning.
