I haven’t had much time for policy posts lately – I’ve been almost permanently out on site these past few months.

It’s been brilliant to get my head back into project delivery: being at the coal face of the mitigation we’ve devised, seeing the successes unfold, and responding to evolving site conditions in real time.

One of the joys of being a small, agile consultancy is just that – agility. When programmes shift or clients need fast answers, we’re able to adapt quickly and keep things moving.

Today’s photos capture some of the changes on one of our sites. I always love seeing the care and craftsmanship that goes into reinstating these beautiful slate roofs – and if you look closely, you might just spot some of our mitigation measures tucked in there too!
