So… I’ve signed up for the Women in Property South West London to Paris bike ride this September 🚵‍♀️

I have done long bike rides before, including cycling around Umbria in my 30s and for years I cycled regularly to work when I lived in Bath and Bristol. So this isn’t completely out of the blue. That said… I’ve found it genuinely hard to get back into exercise since having post-concussion syndrome a few years ago. Which is exactly why I’ve said yes to this. I need a clear goal!

I’m excited, slightly apprehensive, and very aware that I now need to actually train!! So if you see me wobbling around Devon on a bike over the next few months, give me a wide birth and a cheer 😅
